You needn’t go hunting far for the answer. Take a glance at Swati Singh – a lifestyle and nutrition coach, a yoga teacher and an intermittent fasting advocate.
One of the most frequent compliments that Swati receives is about being ‘blessed’ with a fit body. The yogi mom chooses to differ. “It is a lot of hard work and years of consistency,” she immediately adds.
Her fitness journey took off in 2009, when she moved to Hong Kong. A few sessions at the gym and the results gave her an adrenaline rush. There was no looking back – yoga teacher training to marathons to HIIT. Rain or shine, Swati is off her bed and into her running shoes no later than 4:30am every single morning.
But was this her story from the beginning? Absolutely not!
The nutritionist, who is extremely particular about her macros and proteins today, could once gobble down one whole pizza all by herself!
